What is Amphetamine
Amphetamine is a major stimulant that affects the central nervous system. Giving a feeling of power, performance, power and self-control. The three types of amphetamine derivatives are psychostimulants, hallucinogens or anorexigenic. There are many nicknames for the different types of amphetamines such as “peach,” “pink,” “speed,” “crank,” “glass,” “chalk,” “jib,” “peanut,” “amphetamines,” “wake -up “or” pep pill. ” Crystal meth, meanwhile, is known as “meth,” “crystal meth,” “crystal,” “ice,” or “Tina.”
Amphetamine Effects
The effects of amphetamine last for several hours and are similar to those of cocaine. They can last from 8 to 24 hours and are still felt in the body for more than three days. They suppress hunger and fatigue sensations and can give the illusion of being invincible (endurance). Amphetamines also give the feeling of increased mental faculties such as concentration. The desired effects are alertness, euphoria, disinhibition, stimulation of sexual desire and delayed ejaculation. Because of psychoactive products, the desired effects by consuming these drugs can sometimes turn into a “bad trip.” It is also important to note that most people who try crystal meth (among others) become dependent on early consumption. The user can also lead to risky sexual behaviour.
Amphetamine Side Effects
- Rapid heartbeat
- Increased respiratory rate and blood pressure
- Fever and sweating
- Bronchiectasis
- Reduction of blood flow to muscles
- Reduced saliva
- Dilated pupils
- Jaw clenching
- Vomiting
- Decreased erectile capacity or conversely increased duration of erection (this may be due to blockage of ejaculation, or because the brain and heart, already excited, do not exalt themselves against sexual activity)
Amphetamine Addiction
Prolonged use of Amphetamine can cause, among other mental confusion. By not eating and not sleeping well, the consumer is exposed to the weakening of the weight loss, calcium loss, anxiety attacks, paranoia, aggression, psychotic episodes with hallucinations visual and auditory (like schizophrenia), delirium, memory loss, erectile problems, major depression that can cause extreme suicidal thoughts, decreased immune system, asthma and difficulty performing complex tasks. It can, less frequently, cause hypothermia (increased temperature), decreased blood pressure, a blood clot to the brain, a stroke (stroke) and also death. To avoid this, it is advisable not to take too high a dosage, leading to an overdose and not mix with other substances like alcohol, ecstasy, a hallucinogenic stimulant, drinks or antidepressants. Also, do not use if you have a history of cardiovascular problems, hypertension, epilepsy, kidney problems, asthma or diabetes. Obviously, to avoid all these problems, it is best not to consume at all.
